These shots were taken from Granite Island looking back across Lady Bay, adjacent to Victor Harbor on the south coast of South Australia. It's a popular holiday and retirement region, with Clydesdale horses pulling a tram carrying visitors across the bridge from the mainland - a delightful and relaxing environment.
(Happy New Year to all - getting in early to avoid the rush !!)

Uwielbiam patrzeć na fale morskie, a najlepiej z plaży :-). Pozdrawiam.
I love to look at the waves of the sea, and the best of the beach :-). Yours.
Great captures Val - I feel like I'm standing on the rock with the sea-spray on my face!

These are wonderful captures! What action in those waves!
Happy New Year!
wow!!!! the pounding of the waves.
Quite spectacular, aren't they? I believe it is like that all up and down the east coast this week. And yet, people still insist on going into the water.
Beautiful captures!
Watery Post, may you all have a prosperous new year!
Huge crashing waves and yet you still have such blue sea, even when it's stormy.
