Flying high!

I have just returned from 5 days away in Hobart, Tasmania (hence the lack of postings) and it is such a beautiful part of Australia that my posts for the rest of this week will, I hope, display some of that.
In the collage above, the top LH shot is leaving Adelaide; the RH pic is approaching Sydney; bottom LH is the New South Wales coastline and I'm sorry am unable to identify the island in the last pic.

Photos from the air! I love them -- and I love finding other people who take them besides me (I never want to get so sophisticated that I don't even look out the plane windows!)

Sallie - thanks for the reassurance that others similarly enjoy aerial pix of clouds, as I tend to get carried away (in more ways than one!) when photographing from the air.
Stewart - the shot of the NSW coast (just after take-off from Sydney) was taken exactly one hour before the shot of the mystery island. I wondered whether it might be Phillip Island?
