Out of the archives!

This shot comes out of my archives!  It features the Carillon on the edge of Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, and was taken in 1970 (probably with a Kodak Instamatic!!)

For more sky scenes, do drop by Skywatch Friday

I visit Australia a lot, but have yet to visit Canberra.

I was lucky enough to be there with time enough to stop and enjoy when they were practising.
You've captured a great sky to go with the whole scene.

Ah! The good old instamatic - I had a few of those. Yours seems to have fulfilled its function with style.

Gorgeous cloud and sky shot! Doesn't matter the camera (read several places) it is if you have the 'eye' ~ You obviously do!

Happy Sunday to you,
