Pink and Blue and ...

Another pretty sunset on Blue Heron Bay, overlooking one of the marinas

Linking up with Skywatch Friday and

One of many fascinating homes (and fences) spotted throughout Vancouver Island -
in South Australia most of our houses are built of brick or stones:
timber houses are not the first choice of home builders here
due to potential white ant (termite) attack,
so it was refreshing to see the wonderful variety of timber home designs.

Lovely pastel colours in that sunset.

The moss on house roofs out west cause a lot of problems.

Such romantic, enchanting lighting in the first photo. And the little wooden home is adorable.

My first time here. You are on Vancouver Island? How wonderful, it’s such a glorious place. We have been to Victoria 3 times and also drove to Tofino – the views are not to be forgotten.

I am really drawn to the sunset reflections on the bay…. both beautiful photos, very different from each other.
