An intricate design

I'm always fascinated by the design and changing colours of Hydrangeas.

It is so exciting to watch plants that changes colors.
Last summer I had a blue Hydranges.

Hydrangeas are rather underrated flowers, Valerie. I always like them not only for their flowers, but their lush green foliage. You can manipulate the colour of the flowers somewhat by changing the pH of the soil.

They are an intricate flower. I love the blue ones best and some have crinkly petals.

Yes, hydrangeas are fascinating. Apparently, if you add lime to the soil you can change them from pink to blue...or maybe it is the other way around :)

The hydrangeas are pretty flowers, and my favorite is the blue.

Very soon potted hydrangea plants can be purchased for Easter decoration indoors as well as for outdoors.
I grow many hydrangea plants in our garden. They feature beautiful and colourful flowers. I use the hydrangea flowers very often in my decorations and for my wreath as shown in my blog.
