During another meander through the delightful Adelaide Hills recently, we stopped at the ever popular Pomegranate Cafe in Birdwood for a delicious light lunch. The outdoor seating beneath umbrellas beckoned, but we opted for a table on the verandah. Inside, a couple of rooms catered for those seeking more substantial shelter, and the quaint fireplace and gorgeous mirror in the front room got my vote!
