Up close and personal....?

This was one of several swans on the River Torrens in Adelaide's CBD that was keen to see whether we had any food!

    it got a lovely color, black and red. What are those greyish blobs on the water?

    To Kris - No, we didn't feed the swan as they can be quite aggressive!

    To Andrea - I believe the greyish markings on the water's surface are just reflections of clouds.

    Lovely picture, lovely bird. Believe it or not we have a Black Swan on the river in Cambridge, obviously escaped from a collection somewhere. All ours are pristine white.
