Mushroom or Toadstool ?

Housed quite happily among the soursobs and other weeds, this funghi caught my attention  - but I wasn't game to take it home to cook!!

    Looks like a toadstool to me, not worth risking it. You must have had quite a bit of rain recently.

    Best leave those things where they are, and take beautiful pictures of them instead! (Unless you really, really know what you're doing!)

    Pieces of Sunshine: This shot was taken in mid-Winter (July) and we had a reasonable rainfall then. But now, on the verge of Summer, we are experiencing unseasonal falls, which will help to top up our dams, as I understand a really hot Summer has been forecast (help, can I migrate to cooler climes?!)
