Out of the mist . . .

Just had an unexpected couple of days on the River Murray with good friends - lovely crisp mornings gently unfolding into beautiful warm days.

Following is a selection of the scenes that greeted me on the second morning - mist rising from the water, revealing the movement of Pelicans as they majestically paddled up and downstream.
(Perhaps I should have titled this post "Serenity"!)

    The pelican emerging from the mist was my favourite. Maybe you should name the bird 'Serenity'.

    I have been looking at all your photos – they are so crisp! Those on the lake are lovely with an air of mystery, the colors too are very soothing – a very peaceful looking landscape.
