Wild Waitpinga

While sharing the delights of South Australia's wonderful Fleurieu Peninsula recently with my English visitors, we stopped by Waitpinga - a popular beach-fishing spot
 

 
The waves also provided this guy with an outlet for his energy after a day at the office!

    Oh how cool! I lived on the Fleurieu for quite a while (Victor Harbor). Waitpinga was one of my fave "go to" spots. Thanks for bringing back wonderful memories!

    The Fleurieu Peninsula is a beautiful place. Is this guy really swimming in South Australia in winter????

    Enjoyed the photos - thanks for sharing. Have not been close to the ocean in many years. My dermatologist now profits from to many hours spent in the sun.LOL
