Winter coats on !


Despite the snow, these Canadian Geese seemed in no hurry to reach the 
adjacent Bird Sanctuary!

    They seem oblivious to the snow on their backs. Hope the sun is shining when you visit Congleton. I enjoyed some fabulous Spring sunshine in Manchester this week.

    They are NOT Canadian Geese. They are Canada Geese Branta canadensis.There is no such species as Canadian Goose.
