Amazing Ants

A friend (Wendy) recently showed me this photograph she'd taken and, as she doesn't have her own photoblog site, I sought permission to post it on her behalf - it's too good not to share!

    Great shot! Ants ARE amazing! Right now they sting me every time I go out into my sandy yard and because I don't believe in pesticides or herbicides, I am about to get some Borax as I have heard that will take care of the problem. It's always sad though whenever you feel like you have to control some creature because it is encroaching on YOUR world. Everything God created in this world is beautiful in its own way!
