Benefits of walking the dog !

In addition to the benefits of us both getting exercise, when taking my Jessie (Shih-Tzu/Lhasa Apso dog) for a walk, there is always the bonus of seeing some beautiful sunsets that I might otherwise have missed!

    Yes there are loads of benefits in walking the dog. I no longer have a dog but I try to walk TOH (the other half)
