Once again I find myself drawn to images of the fabulous Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. This time, it's Middleton's Beach - a great favourite for surfers. (If you enlarge this shot, you will see them in the water on the bottom right hand side of the picture). It was April and somewhat thundery but no great storm resulted - pity!
I love that last shot especially; the rickety fence posts leading into the picture give real depth and individuality.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely place and great photos! Love the rainbow and your composition in the last shot is superb! Hope you have a wonderful week, Valerie!

The colour of the sky is lovely and the rainbow wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYou had me at the rainbow!!!! Love shots. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. By coincidence, today I posted a picture with surfers.

These are beautiful, Valerie, well worth enlarging.
ReplyDeleteYou got a good rainbow shot.
ReplyDeleteWow -- what a gorgeous place! Lovely shots - so soothing.
ReplyDeleteLove them both - the first for the rainbow, and the 2nd for the fence! Love visiting the Fleurieu, but I've never seen it look quite as great as your shots!
ReplyDeleteLove your second photo with the fence posts leading in.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been down there for 6 months. Thanks for reminding me to go down and check out Goolwa to Victor again.
